1. Scope

These Terms of Use apply to the use of the iOS app ESGvibe and the website esgvibe.org, operated by:

By using the app or website you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

ESGvibe is an iOS app that aggregates and processes news and updates on ESG regulation, sustainability and climate topics from official primary sources.

The app offers three usage tiers:

3. Subscriptions

3.1 Subscription & Billing

ESGvibe offers the following subscriptions, processed exclusively via Apple In-App Purchase. The purchase is subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in iOS settings. Payment is processed via the user's Apple ID.

3.2 Cancellation

The subscription can be cancelled at any time in iPhone Settings under Apple ID → Subscriptions or directly in the app under Settings → "Manage & cancel subscription". After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the paid period.

3.3 Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, billing begins automatically after the trial period expires, unless cancelled beforehand.

3.4 Price Changes

Price changes will be communicated in advance via the app or email. A price increase requires renewed consent.

4. Usage Rights

ESGvibe grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for private, non-commercial purposes. Redistribution, reproduction or commercial use of the content is not permitted without explicit authorisation.

5. Content & Sources

ESGvibe aggregates exclusively content from official primary sources (EU institutions, federal agencies, international organisations). Content responsibility for linked original content lies with the respective sources. ESGvibe does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the aggregated content.

The app is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax or investment advice.

6. Disclaimer

ESGvibe is not liable for damages arising from the use or non-use of the information provided, unless intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty is involved.

App availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, technical disruptions or changes to third-party services may temporarily restrict use.

The ESG Pre-Rating Check is an indicative readiness assessment and does not constitute an official EcoVadis or CDP rating. ESGvibe is not affiliated with EcoVadis, CDP or their partners. The results serve internal preparation and do not replace professional ESG consulting.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use of the app after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

The current version is always available at esgvibe.org/en/terms.html.

8. Applicable Law

German law applies. Jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, Dachau / Munich.
